Terms of Service & EULA

01 - Acceptance & Scope

By downloading, installing, executing or otherwise using Comet software, accessing getcomet.top or participating in official Comet community platforms (including the Discord server), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and the Comet End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using all Comet services, uninstall all copies of the software and leave any official community platforms.

These terms apply to all users regardless of how access was obtained.

02 - What Comet Is

Comet is a Roblox external - a standalone Windows executable that operates as a separate process outside the Roblox client. It provides visual overlays, player targeting tools, crosshair customization, audio feedback, and a wide range of configurable in-game features. Comet reads from and interacts with system memory without injecting code directly into the Roblox process.

Comet is developed and distributed solely by CK Studios under the domain getcomet.top.

03 - Official Channels

The sole official distribution point for Comet is:

Any other websites, mirrors, secondary domains, resellers or community channels claiming to distribute or represent Comet are unauthorized. CK Studios accepts no responsibility for downloads or interactions originating from third-party sources. Always verify you are on the official domain before downloading or entering a license key.

04 - License & Access Keys

Access to Comet is granted through a license key system. Your license is personal and non-transferable:

• Keys are bound to a single user and a single Hardware Identifier (HWID).
• Sharing, reselling, lending, pooling or distributing your key to any other person is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to bypass, spoof or reset HWID validation will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your license with no refund.
• Purchasing a key does not grant ownership of the software - it grants a limited, revocable license to use it under these terms.

04a - No Refund Policy

All purchases of Comet, including license keys, renewals and add-ons, are final:

• All sales are final. CK Studios does not offer refunds, credits or chargebacks for any Comet purchase, regardless of usage, reason or circumstance.
• This applies to, without limitation, accidental purchases, detection or bans on third-party platforms, dissatisfaction with features, compatibility issues, and license revocation resulting from a violation of these Terms.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting CK Studios will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license and access to all CK Studios products.
• No exceptions to this policy are granted verbally or informally - any exception must be confirmed in writing by CK Studios.

05 - Community & Acceptable Use

All users interacting with Comet platforms must conduct themselves appropriately. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Discussing, promoting or distributing methods to bypass Comet's key system or authentication.
• Distributing cracked builds, unauthorized loaders or counterfeit versions of Comet.
• Using Comet or its community channels to facilitate harassment, threats, doxxing or hate speech.
• Sharing or promoting tools designed to disrupt, crash or attack game servers or third-party infrastructure.
• Publishing false or defamatory claims about Comet or CK Studios without credible technical evidence.
• Sharing malware, infostealers or any other malicious software under the Comet name or within Comet community channels.

06 - Third-Party Platforms & Risk

Comet operates alongside Roblox and other third-party platforms. By using Comet, you explicitly acknowledge:

• Running external tools in third-party game environments carries inherent risk, including account moderation, suspension or permanent banning by those platforms.
• You are solely responsible for any actions taken on your Roblox or any other third-party account while running Comet.
• CK Studios does not endorse disruption of public online game services and accepts no liability for third-party platform actions taken against your accounts.
• Using a separate test account when using any third-party software is strongly recommended.

07 - Intellectual Property

All code, binaries, branding, overlays, menu systems, configuration formats and other content associated with Comet are the exclusive property of CK Studios, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You agree not to:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or extract any component of Comet software.
• Create derivative works, unauthorized loaders or cracked builds based on Comet.
• Use Comet's name, branding or assets to misrepresent a third-party product as official Comet software.

08 - Updates & Availability

Comet communicates with CK Studios servers to verify license authenticity, deliver patches and perform integrity checks. CK Studios reserves the right to:

• Modify, update, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the software or associated services at any time without prior notice.
• Require software updates for continued access.
• Rate-limit or restrict server communication in response to abuse or technical necessity.

09 - Termination & Enforcement

CK Studios reserves the right to revoke your license, blacklist your HWID and remove you from all official community platforms at its sole discretion for:

• Any material breach of these Terms of Service or the EULA.
• Unauthorized cracking, tampering or redistribution of Comet software.
• Hosting, sharing or distributing malware under the Comet name.
• Threatening, extorting abusing CK Studios staff or community members.
• Any conduct deemed severely harmful to the Comet community or brand.

Terminations may be permanent and issued without prior warning depending on the severity of the breach.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

01 - Definitions & Scope

For the purposes of this End-User License Agreement, "Comet" refers to the Comet application in its entirety: the executable, loader, overlay renderer, configuration system, license verification client, update delivery service and any associated assets or online services distributed by CK Studios under the domain getcomet.top.

"You" refers to the individual who downloaded, installed or is operating Comet. "CK Studios" refers to the developer and distributor of Comet software.

02 - Grant of License

Subject to your continued compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, CK Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to:

• Download and install Comet on a single authorized device.
• Run Comet for personal use within its intended functionality.

Comet is licensed, not sold. CK Studios retains all ownership, title, copyright and intellectual property rights not explicitly granted here. No purchase, payment or key acquisition transfers ownership of any part of Comet to you.

03 - Hardware Binding & Single-Device Access

Your Comet license key is cryptographically bound to a single Hardware Identifier (HWID) at the time of first authentication. The following are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent license revocation without refund:

• Sharing your license key with any other person or device.
• Selling, renting, leasing or sublicensing your access key.
• Attempting to spoof, reset or otherwise manipulate your HWID to bypass single-device restrictions.
• Using automated tools or scripts to distribute or activate keys at scale.

04 - Your Responsibilities

You acknowledge and accept the following conditions before running Comet:

• Comet operates externally alongside Roblox and other third-party game clients. You run it entirely at your own risk.
• You are solely responsible for your compliance with the terms and acceptable-use policies of Roblox and any other platform you access while running Comet.
• CK Studios does not endorse disruption of online game services, denial-of-service attacks or exploiting server vulnerabilities through any means.
• Using a dedicated testing account is strongly advised to minimize risk to your primary account.

05 - Prohibited Actions

You expressly agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Decompile, disassemble, unpack or reverse-engineer any binary component of Comet.
• Patch, hook, modify or tamper with Comet's executable, authentication routines, memory logic or anti-tamper systems.
• Create derivative builds, cracked versions, key generators or unauthorized loaders based on Comet's binaries.
• Intercept, proxy or manipulate network traffic between Comet and CK Studios servers.
• Use Comet as a delivery mechanism for malware, trojans, ransomware or unauthorized surveillance software.
• Publicly distribute or sell access to Comet outside of official CK Studios channels.

06 - Updates & Integrity Checks

By running Comet, you provide explicit consent for the application to communicate with CK Studios servers for the purposes of:

• Verifying your license key and HWID on each launch.
• Downloading and applying compatibility patches, binary updates and security fixes.
• Performing file integrity verification to ensure the installation has not been tampered with.

CK Studios reserves the right to push updates at any time. Blocking or interfering with these communications is a violation of this EULA.

07 - Termination

CK Studios may restrict, suspend, blacklist or permanently revoke your license at any time, without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of this EULA or the Terms of Service.
• Unauthorized cracking, distribution or tampering with Comet.
• Extortion, blackmail or hostile conduct toward CK Studios staff.
• Any activity that poses a security or reputational threat to Comet or CK Studios.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Comet and delete all copies from your system. No refund will be issued for revocations resulting from policy violations.

10 - Entire Agreement

This End-User License Agreement, together with the Comet Terms of Service above, constitutes the complete and entire agreement between you and CK Studios regarding the Comet software. It supersedes all prior representations, understandings or arrangements - written or verbal relating to its subject matter.

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
